You're driving down the highway late one thursday after work. So late, in fact - it's crept into the early morning hours.
Ahead of you, the road is dry and relatively calm - a few cars here and there.
2:07 AM - The car infront of you veers into the lane on it's right, sending the car in that lane skidding into the guard rail and clear through into the gutter.
The car who started the whole bang-up - CAR A - is laying still on the shoulder, kind of sideways, it's stereo still blaring. The car who was hit - CAR B - lays on the downslope of the gutter. It's engine off - lights on.
Do you stop?

Yep, I have to, can't help it. First call is to 911, give them an excellent description of events, location, etc. At that point I may also call a friend if I have someone that lives nearby. Then I'm going to cautiously approach the scene, announcing myself loudly and that I'm a first aider. From there it's anyone's guess what could happen.
